At HerHappyCycle, we are dedicated to your satisfaction. If you need to return a product, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Returns initiated for personal reasons (not due to a product defect or fulfillment error) require the customer to cover all return shipping costs

  • Requests must be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date

  • Refunds are not available for taste-related concerns, as taste is subjective and not reflective of product effectiveness

  • This refund policy is limited to a one-time use per customer and applies to one product per order only
